Bento Wish — Delete Your Account

You can delete your Bento Wish account and its data at any time. Deletion is available to everyone — with or without access to the app — and does not require contacting support first.

Bento Wish is operated by DROVA APPS AND GAMES SERVICES FZCO (Unit No: UT-12-CO-200, DMCC Business Centre, Level No 12, Uptown Tower, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 00000). See the Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle personal data.

Delete from the app (fastest)

Open Bento Wish on your phone.
Go to Settings (the gear tab).
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deletion takes effect immediately.

Delete without the app

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email us at help@drova.services from the address linked to your account (for accounts created with Sign in with Apple or Google, that is the email of that Apple ID or Google account) with the subject line "Delete my account". We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, confirming by reply.

If your account was never linked to an email (guest accounts exist only on your device), deleting the app — or using the in-app button before you do — removes your access, and the associated server data is deleted per the schedule below.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, birthday, appearance settings, sign-in links)
All wishlists and wish items, including parsed images and links
Greeting cards you created — message, artwork, song, and the AI-derived photo description (the photo you added is never stored in the first place)
Your share pages — existing shared links stop working immediately
Your follows, groups you created, and group memberships
Gift reservations you made on others' lists are anonymized
Device push tokens and notification preferences

What we retain

Purchase and wish-coin ledger records are retained in de-identified form (no longer linked to your name or email) — we keep them because financial and tax rules require it, and unused wish-coin balances are forfeited on deletion as described in the Terms of Use.
Records of a deletion request itself (date, verification) for compliance.

Backups containing your data expire and are overwritten within 30 days of deletion.
